The Flirty Pineapple Difference

You’re probably wondering, what makes our scrunchies any different from the other thousands of people selling the same dang thing?!

Yes, they are round.
Yes, they have a hole in the middle.

But we promise, they are different.

We offer accessories for women to improve their confidence and enhance their daily lives. Don’t believe us? Just ask our co-founder, Madison.

She would never EVER wear her hair back. She was always too self-conscious to do so. But at the same time, living a busy life, it was hard to find time to spend constantly doing her hair. Madison started building a collection of colourful and printed hair scrunchies. She found when she wore these scrunchies, she focused less on how she would look with her hair back and more about the excitement of which scrunchie she would wear with which outfit (and face mask, of course – since Flirty Pineapple was born during the COVID-19 pandemic).

Unlike other accessory companies we have designed our products for women, by women (with the exception of our other co-founder, Liam). Our products have been tested in the real world to ensure that they meet the needs of the everyday woman. In addition to designing fresh, unique and vibrant hair accessories, we focused on creating a product that would enhance every step of a busy woman’s day.

Our scrunchies use a slightly thicker, braided elastic to protect your precious locks. If you have thin hair, our mini and basic scrunchies are designed to wrap around your hair two to three times. For thicker hair, our basic and next level scrunchies will wrap around your hair at least twice, if not three times as well! 

It's also important for us to note that aside from our athletic collection, all scrunchies should be treated as limited edition. Since our fabrics are locally sourced, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to restock our scrunchies. So, consider each of our scrunchies unique and limited - you won't see thousands of people wearing the exact same scrunchie as you!
